Your shop, on every buyer app in India.

List your products once in the Saanjha app. Shoppers using any of India’s open-network shopping apps can then find them, order, and have them delivered — and every order lands in the same queue you already work from.

₹0 subscription₹0 commission₹0 transaction fee

Free to list, permanently. Not an introductory rate, and not a tier we move you off later.

What it costs

Zero fee. Not a launch offer — a structure.

Two of these are structural. The buyer pays you directly — UPI into your own ID, or cash at handover — so Saanjha is never in the middle of that payment and never holds a rupee of it. A platform that cannot touch your money cannot take a cut of it, however much it might later wish to. The third is a commitment rather than a consequence: there is no subscription, there will not be one, and the shops that join first will not wake up one morning behind a paywall.

₹0subscription

No monthly plan and no seat fee — permanently, not for an introductory period. Listing your shop will not move behind a paid tier later.

₹0commission

Nothing is deducted per order. What the buyer pays you is what you keep.

₹0transaction fee

No payment-gateway cut, because there is no gateway standing between you and the buyer.

Reach

One shelf. Every buyer app. Orders arrive instantly.

You keep one catalogue, in the Saanjha app you already use. We publish it out to the wider network for you, so someone searching on a shopping app you have never heard of can still find your shelf. When they order, it lands in your normal queue — clearly marked, so you know a courier is coming and there is nothing to collect at the door.

  1. 01

    Your shelf

The listings you already keep in the Saanjha app — priced, in stock, with your shop timings.

  2. 02

    Published outward

We push your catalogue out to the network for you. Nothing extra for you to maintain.

  3. 03

    Found by new customers

A shopper on any connected app sees your products, your prices and how far you deliver.

  4. 04

    Order in your queue

It arrives instantly, clearly badged, beside your walk-in and Saanjha orders.

Categories

Whatever you sell, there is a shelf for it.

Categories on the open network are strict, and a product filed in the wrong one is simply never found by the people looking for it. Saanjha files yours correctly for you — so your shampoo lands under beauty and your toothpaste under health, without you ever needing to know that rule existed.

Restaurants & food

Built for kitchens, not just shelves.

A menu is not a shelf. An order reaches your counter carrying what the customer actually chose — the spice level, the add-ons, the packaging charge — instead of a bare product name a cook cannot fill. Restaurants, cloud kitchens and home tiffin kitchens all sell this way.

Delivery

A courier for every order, without hiring one.

You do not need your own rider. Saanjha asks delivery partners what they would charge to carry your parcel, shows you the quotes side by side, books the one you pick and tracks it to the door. If no courier ever takes it, the amount held against that order is released on its own rather than left sitting there.

Same city

Straight to the door

A rider collects from your counter and goes straight to the customer — the shape most kirana and restaurant orders need.

  • Immediate and scheduled pickup
  • Cash-on-delivery aware
  • Live rider tracking

City to city

Further afield

Parcels routed through the courier’s own hubs, for orders travelling further than a rider can carry them.

Restocking · DigiDukaan

The other half of a shop is buying.

DigiDukaan is the buying side of the same open network: order from many brands, through the distributors and wholesalers you already deal with, out of one app. Your distributor stays your distributor — what changes is that the order, the scheme and the collection stop living in a paper book. Saanjha connects your shop to it, so selling and restocking finally sit in one place.

Order from many brands at once

One order screen instead of a dozen WhatsApp threads and a salesman’s visit you had to be in the shop for.

See the scheme before you order

Brand schemes and offers are shown against the item, so you find out what you qualified for before you buy, not after.

Your distributor stays

This digitises the beat rather than deleting it. The goods still come from the distributor who already serves your street.

Restock beside your sales

What you sold this week is the same data that tells you what to reorder — one shop, one ledger.

After the order

The awkward cases work too.

Selling to people who have never walked past your shop means the difficult moments have to work as well as the easy ones — an order called off, an item sent back, a customer who wants somebody held to account. Saanjha answers all of it on your behalf.

Cancellations

A customer can call an order off, and the network keeps score of how sellers answer. Saanjha replies correctly for you and moves the order where it belongs.

Returns

A return is read against the order it came from and priced from that, so what comes off the bill is what actually went back — and asking twice cannot refund it twice.

Complaints

A complaint raised in the customer’s own app reaches you, and your answer travels back to them. Neither side has to chase a phone number.

Your money

Payment settles to the shop that sold the goods. It does not pool in a platform account that you then have to be paid out of.

Put your shop in front of the whole country.

It takes a verified shop, a delivery radius and your opening hours — most of which Saanjha already has. No subscription, no commission, no transaction fee — and no plan to introduce one.
