For local stores

Turn your local store into a digital community business.

Join Saanjha, build your own community of customers, list what you sell, and bring in orders — without a sales call or a paperwork pile.

What you get

A storefront, a customer base, and the tools to keep both.

Acquire customers with a QR code

A customer in your shop scans your code and joins your store’s community. Flyers, referral incentives and field activation work the same way — no sales call required.

Catalogue and inventory

Build a catalogue through search, an existing catalogue, or assisted onboarding. Announce what is in stock right now, priced by quantity, and manage stock so you never oversell.

Consolidated shopping lists

Your customers’ orders arrive as one working list, with ordering windows you define instead of a stream of individual pings.

Your own offers and referrals

Set a welcome or referral incentive on your own terms — for example ₹100 off a first qualifying purchase of ₹500 or more. You fund it, so you control it.

Delivery that scales with you

Start with your own staff, add shared local Saanjha delivery partners as the network grows, and use external logistics where it makes sense.

Real numbers, not vanity metrics

A dashboard with actual orders, customers and revenue for your store — the working surface, not a chart to screenshot.

Pricing

Know what to charge, before you charge it.

Saanjha reads what things actually sold for around you — week by week, in your own neighbourhood — and shows you where your price sits against that. Not an MRP printed on a packet, and not a national average: the range your own street paid.

Toor dal 1 kg · Your community · Last 8 weeks

₹128 low₹140 — ₹156 where most sold₹172 high

Your price: ₹150 — inside the band, four rupees under the middle.

A band, not a guess

For every product, the range it actually changed hands for near you in recent weeks — built from real settled orders, not a list price.

Your neighbourhood, not a national average

Bands are scoped to your own community. A national average blends markets that share nothing, and answers a question nobody asked.

There when you set the price

The band is on the screen at the moment you price something, not in a report you read next month.

Buyers get a fact, not a slogan

Shoppers see how a price sits against what things typically go for nearby. It is a statement about the local market, not a claim about anybody else.

Already on Zobrx

One business, not two portals.

If you already run your shop through Zobrx, Saanjha plugs into it. Choose which products to list and they appear here without being typed twice. Orders placed on Saanjha become real orders in the Zobrx OMS you already work from, and the money facts follow them into your books.

Zobrx → Saanjha

What comes in

  • The products you opt in, landing in Saanjha’s own catalogue
  • Prices and stock, kept current as your feed moves
  • A periodic full check, so a product you stop selling stops showing

Saanjha → Zobrx

What goes back

  • Every Saanjha order, as a real order in your OMS
  • Each status change as it happens, through to delivered
  • Sales and settlement at SKU level, for your P&L
  • Your shop hours and fulfilment, mirrored for display

You stay in control of what crosses over

Only the products you opt in ever appear on Saanjha, and nothing here writes back into your Zobrx catalogue. Your shop hours are edited in one place and mirrored to the other, so the two cannot drift apart.

Zobrx

The commerce and market intelligence platform Saanjha integrates with — catalogue, orders, pricing signals and seller analytics for businesses selling across India.

At the counter

A printed bill, in the language your customer reads.

Pair any Bluetooth thermal printer and Saanjha prints the slip — for an order that arrives from the network, or for the customer standing at your counter right now. Scan a barcode, take the cash, hand over a proper bill.

हिन्दीதமிழ்తెలుగుবাংলা

Most thermal printers physically cannot print Indic scripts — the fonts are not in the hardware. Saanjha draws the slip on the phone and sends it as an image, so it prints in whatever language your shop actually runs in.

Paid by cash

Bill the walk-in customer

Scan a barcode or pick from your own catalogue, take cash or UPI, print. The sale is recorded even when the till is the only thing you use Saanjha for.

It prints itself

Leave the phone by the till and an order that arrives prints on its own — the slip is in your hand before you have looked at the screen.

A bill that can be checked

Every line shows quantity, rate and amount. “3 kg × ₹150 = ₹450” can be verified by the person holding it; a single number cannot.

Works when the internet does not

Bills raised with no signal are queued on the phone and sent when it comes back. The customer still leaves with paper.

The acquisition loop

How a store grows on Saanjha.

The whole model is that each customer brings the next one. Nothing in this loop depends on Saanjha spending money to buy you a customer.

  1. 1

A customer walks into your store and sees your Saanjha QR code.

  2. 2

They scan it and join your store’s Saanjha community.

  3. 3

They get a welcome or referral offer that you set and fund.

  4. 4

They place future orders on Saanjha instead of walking past.

  5. 5

Your store gains a recurring digital customer.

  6. 6

That customer invites family and friends, and your community grows.

Getting verified

Registration is quick. Verification is deliberate.

A shopkeeper registers a storefront in the app — name, category, address and community — and submits it for verification before it becomes visible to buyers.

  • Checks can include business information, owner information, mobile verification, location, documentation where applicable, and business photographs — sometimes with a physical visit.
  • “Verified” and “Trusted” are two different claims. Only verification is granted through the check process; standing with a community is earned over time, and is never issued automatically.
  • The badge is honest about its limits. It reflects real checks. It is not a guarantee of product quality, and it does not eliminate every risk.

The part most platforms skip

Buying better, not just selling more.

Selling surfaces are easy to copy. The reason a store stays is the other side of the ledger — what it costs to stock the shelf.

Order windows

Collect customer demand over a defined window so you know what to buy before you buy it.

Consolidated demand

Your customers’ requirements add up into quantities worth negotiating on, rather than a shelf stocked on instinct.

Access to sourcing

Saanjha aims to connect its seller network with brands, distributors and wholesale markets — and to negotiate on the network’s behalf.

This creates local seller empowerment and potentially better commercial terms — we won’t promise specific savings until they’re commercially validated.
