The problem
The best price was never far away. It was just too far to go alone.
Indian households buy groceries daily. Wholesale channels price well below retail and quick commerce — and are effectively closed to a single household, because of distance, timing, minimum lot sizes and cash.
Some neighbours already go. Saanjha lets that person carry the neighbourhood’s demand with them, and extends the same idea to the shops, services and delivery that a neighbourhood already has.
The platform owns no inventory, runs no fleet, holds no stock and takes no working-capital risk. What it sells is demand aggregation, trust and settlement, and coordination.
